Randoms of Politics and Doctor Who
  • I've got to love a political comic with a Doctor Who reference.

  • Stephanie and I had a Whosday yesterday and watched the latest two episodes which were ohmygod SO GOOD and made us covet a library planet, afraid of the dark, and cry with broken hearts, all at once.

  • As sad as I am that Russel T. Davies is leaving Who, I am very excited about Stephen Moffat taking over.

  • I am so totally wearing my "The angels have the phonebox" shirt that Renee gave to me, in honor of la Moffat.

  • Shut up.

  • Back onto politics: Dennis Kucinich, bless his liberal heart, has presented 32 articles for impeachment against President Bush to Congress. IT'S ABOUT FRICKIN TIME. Judging by the lack of media coverage from any major news organizations (including the BBC!) means that fuck all will be done about it, sadly. And this is why I hate politics.

  • This LJ post completely made me snarf all over the place. And also, I say yes.

More to come, soon. I have weekend updates and photos for you guys.

I have decided that, for our Whoniversary, I should get my half-sleeve completed, we should eat Thai avocado goodness, and we should have a marathon of our favorite episodes. What do you think of that? (Also, there will be wine.)

THIS PLAN IS MADE OF WIN.

Also, love your SN.

It is the combined general power of our awesome that inspires me to devise such plans.

Thanks! I am slowly coming around to the idea of blogging again, as long as it's far from LJ and the concomitant wanknuttery.

Man, I need some Doctor Who therapy. A duo of Moffat could do me some good. I hope the shirt fit alright.

I THINK YOU NEED A DOCTOR. Hee. I amuse myself. And that wasn't even remotely funny.

Anyway, the shirt is perfect! I love it!

I think we should hang out this Friday, if you're available. I was thinking of going to the TMS show. Of course, we could always stay in, eat ice cream and watch Who. OR go out see The Incredible Hulk and satisfy our Tim Roth/Edward Norton cravings.

Sounds delightful. Call me when you get out of work. Or I'll stalk you during the day.
