Kelly and I went to see Pan's Labyrinth last night. You guys, WOW.
I cannot express how well done this film is. It so deserves the Oscars it is up for. Most especially that Best Makeup award, because damn, everything looks SO REAL. You'll know what I mean when you see the movie (which, go now, go!) because there were parts that had Kelly and I just cowering and shielding our eyes. And people, we are not squeamish girls.
It's creepy, dark, fantastic, beautiful, suspenseful, all of these things. Go see it.

I hate you! I want to see this so bad. And, yup, terribly pissed that neither Fanaa nor Rang De Basanti are up for Oscars.
D'oh! Just as Kelly and I settled into the theater I had the thought, "Huh. Should have called Renee to come with us." I will, however, totally see it again. And again, and again...
